Resolutions
The Saginaw Area Storm Water Authority established
itself as an authority under Public Act
233 of 1955 as part of that organizational
process. The articles of incorporation were
approved by city, county or municipality
boards or councils and then published in
January 2003. This action formed the authority.
The bylaws were developed to provide the
necessary structure for day to day operation
and administration.
