Enforcement Response Procedures (ERP)

The Enforcement response procedures (ERP) outlines how SASWA will enforce the Post Construction Control Standards (PCC) and Illicit Discharge Elimination Program (IDEP) created and adopted by the members of SASWA. The purpose of the ERP is to provide consistent enforcement responses for similar violations and circumstances.
